What is Reiki ?

Reiki is a Japanese energy-healing technique for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing by balancing "life force energy" through light touch or hovering hands. Founded by Mikao Usui in the early 1900s, it works on the premise that a practitioner channels energy to improve the flow of a person's vital energy, boosting relaxation, emotional wellbeing, and supporting the body's natural healing capabilities.
